The Resort

Sunset House is located within the private village "Costa del Sole" in Portoscuso, on the southwestern coast of Sardinia.

The village is mainly characterized by typical Sardinian and Mediterranean vegetation, perfect for nature lovers. Maritime pines, junipers, prickly pears, and agaves dominate a setting of manicured gardens, playgrounds, and scenic walking paths. A mix of colors, sounds, and scents will make you feel instantly detached from your daily routine, and with outdoor pools, a tennis court, and the new bocce court, you will be fully immersed in a new reality: that of your vacation.

Thanks to the rules that all guests of the resort are required to follow, your stay at the Sunset House will be defined by peace and relaxation: you can enjoy the common areas to listen to the silence of the wind, the sound of the waves or admire the sunset over the sea.

If you prefer a more active holiday, you can make use of the swimming pool, located about 200 metres from our house (there is also a children's pool), the tennis court, a five-a-side football pitch, a bocce court or, for our younger guests, a playground.

And of course, don’t forget Portopaglietto beach, reachable on foot (about 600 metres away), with its main bar/restaurant and pizzeria Coco Locos, the Capo Altano walking path that starts right across the street from the resort and the centre of Portoscuso — a typical fishing town rich in bars, restaurants, pubs, and pizzerias, which you can reach through a pleasant walk along the bay.
