Our prices

 Sunset House prices are subject to three main factors:

• Seasonality

• Length of stay

• Number of guests

Seasonality
The price list ranges from a minimum rate during the low season (70,00 €/night) to a maximum rate during the week between 11th and 18th August (150,00 €/night).

Length of stay
Our guests benefit from discounts when staying for at least one week.

• Stays of at least 7 nights: 5% discount on the total amount.

• Stays of at least 10 nights: 7% discount on the total amount.

• Stays of at least 14 nights: 10% discount on the total amount.

Number of guests
The prices in our rate list are valid for two people.
For each additional guest, a supplement of €5.00 per day will be applied.
Children up to 3 years of age stay FREE.
